Coiling with Pine Needles: Wall Hanging

with Marsha Leavitt

Try coiling with pine needles to make a small wall-hanging.
We will use longleaf pine needles from the southern coastal regions that have been treated with glycerin, making them softer, more flexible, and glistening. You will have a choice of several different types of bases. Marsha will demonstrate several stitches, and you can incorporate beads or wrapped sections to make a unique wall-hanging.
Cost is $50.00 for members and $60 for non-members and includes materials for one piece. Ages 16 and up. Please pay Marsha at the workshop.
