Suminagashi Marbling

Suminagashi is the oldest marbling method in the world, dating back to 12th century Japan. “Floating ink” creates a softer, unpredictable, and meditative experience in designing paper that can be used for cards, book pages, journaling, collaging, and more. No experience is necessary to join Donna Beck in learning this beautiful, flowing paper design.
Donna has been creating with paper for 25+ years. She taught in the art program at Western New England University (College) for over 13 years and has taught numerous workshops in her studio and throughout the Valley.
